What is your coverage area?

We cover the entire continental United States, Canada, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

In rural areas, our contracts account for extended travel times. We’ve successfully dispatched technicians who have traveled 2-3 hours each way to service remote locations.

All our technicians are A+ and Network+ certified (or equivalent) and have completed 50 service calls before joining us. They also undergo thorough background and reference checks, ensuring both technical expertise and trustworthiness.

All of our field technicians are 1099 contractors.

Yes, we have a $1 million policy that includes worker’s compensation, general liability, and errors & omissions coverage.

Our guaranteed response time is 10×5 NBD, meaning we respond to incidents within 10 hours per day, 5 days a week, and ensure next business day onsite arrival.

Each client is provided login access to our portal for submitting service tickets. You can also email support, call our 1-800 number, or reach out to a team member directly.

Yes, you can assign a specific technician to a site. If they are unavailable, backup technicians in the area will respond. For non-urgent tickets, you can schedule your primary technician for their next available time slot.

Yes, many of our services are ‘white label,’ and our technicians can represent your brand without displaying any other logos or company insignia. We ensure a seamless experience for your clients, aligning with your brand’s image.

Yes, we offer recurring site visits by the same technician, with options for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly scheduled support.

We use ConnectWise, a leading ticketing system, and can provide accounts for your staff members to access and manage tickets.

No, we are not a traditional managed IT provider. We don’t take ownership of your environment or store private data like passwords. We’re simply an extension of your remote helpdesk and do not require agent installations on end-user PCs.

Yes, we can provide training to our technicians on your unique systems, as long as it’s discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of the project.
